I am proud to be providing Shrewsbury with proficient massage therapies and am fully trained to understand the function of the body and which type of massage to use to promote flexibility, movement and to reduce pain.

I have worked as a therapist since 2006, and I have witnessed the powerful benefits of touch and relaxation on the body, enabling it to establish its own equilibrium. Massage combined with a proper diet and active exercise will enhance your whole well-being. I integrate simple hands free techniques using the arms and elbows along with traditional massage movements. Adding variety of the combination of strokes and pressure used though out the treatment and preventing my hands becoming over worked or injured.

It has been my privilege to enable clients to gain freedom from impaired movement, find reduction in pain and to promote their own well-being. Each of my treatments focuses on your problem allowing your body to establish its own harmony; as a result, no two treatments are identical. With aftercare, advice and simple stretching exercises, you will enhance your performance and recovery and prevent further injury.

Sublime is registered with the CNHC, Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council for Massage Therapy (not including Sports Massage)and Reflexology, CHNC registration is recogonised for reimbursement with a number of private health cash plan providers(please check your plan)
