Before and After your Treatment

Prepare for some healing as Holistic Therapy is merited for being a most effective remedy for many conditions since stress is a big cause of illness. 

How do you choose which therapy to have?

I would suggest that you honour the healing needs of your body, mind and spirit and ask yourself what is most important?

If it is physical aches or stress then Massage. If it's a general balance and multiply issuses then Reflexology would be of benifit. Rieki for spirit harmony and to regain your self love. When you do not know what to do next or are frustrated then choose Acess Bars®.

If reqcuesting Hot & Cold Stone Massage or Water Cushion please notify Sublime before arriving for your appointment, so these can be prepared for you. 

You can trust that everything will be ready for you to safely enjoy therapy.

I will wash hands, face and arms wear clean clothes  for each appointment.

 All surfaces will be cleaned with a suitable solution, including couch, rolls, oil containers, door handles, switches and pens.

The treatment room aired for at least 15 minutes before appointments.

For those having a home visit can you please provide your own towels. 

Those coming to the therapy room please wait until your appointment time to be shown in.

 Please do not attend your appointment if you have any of Cold/Flu or Covid 19  symptoms,and notify Sublime of the fact. 

No fee will be applied if appointment is cancelled due to having Cold/ Flu or Covid symptoms. 

You will be asked to take your shoes off.

Payment can be made by cash, cheque, bank transfer and by card.

For your treatment please wear comfortable clothes, you will be asked to remove your shoes, watch and jewellery before the treatment,  depending on the treatment you may asked to undress to your underwear. Do not eat at least 1 hour before your appointment time.

On your first appointment an assessment of your medical and emotional health will be made taking approximately 15 minutes, there will be no charge for this consult. This information will be used so the treatment can be tailored made to suit your current needs. All information given at any time is treated as confidential and will not be given to another party without your consent.

After your treatment is completed you will need to drink a lot of water to help your body re-balance its fluid levels and to aid the removal of toxins.  Avoid alcoholic drinks for at least 24 hours.

Take a leisurely approach to resuming normal activities after each session. By doing this you will maintain the effects of the treatment well after the end of the session.

The long term effectiveness of all treatments will be increased by you continuing to improve your own health and lifestyle.

 * Failure to provide notice of cancellation at least 24 hours before your booking will result in a 50% cancellation charge being made.

Personal Records held are:

  Initial Health consultation, initial and consequent amendments and  Treatment records, outline of treatment given and their outcomes.

These are available for the individual to read, review etc upon their request only.These records will not be given to a third party without the consent of the individual. 

All Records are filed under lock and key, they will be kept for 6 years after which they are shredded unless the individual is still receiving treatment.
